Who can apply for a wholesale account?

Pet stores, pet boutiques, online pet retailers, veterinary businesses with retail, dog-show retailers, and other legitimate businesses buying So Posh to resell to their customers.

I am a groomer. Is wholesale right for me?

If you are buying mainly to use So Posh in your grooming salon, apply for a Pro Account. If retail sales are a meaningful part of your business, you may apply for wholesale and tell us how you sell.

Is there a minimum opening order?

Many wholesale partners build an opening order around $1,500. Smaller independent retailers can still apply. We can discuss a focused introductory assortment that fits your store.

Do you work with online-only retailers?

Yes. We work with legitimate online retailers. Share your store URL or business social profile in the application so we can understand what you sell.

Do I need a resale certificate?

Upload your resale certificate or applicable state resale documentation if you have it. We need the correct documentation before confirming sales tax exemption, and requirements vary by state.

How quickly will I hear from you?

We review applications as they arrive. During staffed US business hours, you may hear from us within a few minutes. Applications submitted outside those hours are picked up the next business day.

Where do US wholesale orders ship from?

From our Miami warehouse. We only offer inventory that is available, and in-stock orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination.

What if I am a distributor?
